Do you believe in this? it says "AVA: chemical agent used for bird's nest bleaching is harmless and it can't destroy the bird's nest nutrient factors.
Can we assume that the relevant authorities are aware that bird's nest are actually bleached with chemical agent? and yet why are traditional Chinese medication stores market/label their bird's nest as pure bird's nest?
When consumers visit their trusted store for bird's nest, are the sales assistant being honest and kind enough to let their customer know that their bird's nest are actually bleached with harmless chemical? Or will they take advantage of the trust from the customer and ignore the fact and claim that their bird's nest is free from chemical and 100% pure?
Perhaps, we need to strengthen this information and knowledge sharing blog and bring it to the general public.
